Job Duties
- Make the magic - craft coffee, Refreshers, and food like a pro, work smart - balance speed and quality especially during busy times, connect with people - build relationships with guests and teammates, keep it clean - help maintain a tidy, welcoming space, bring the energy - greet guests with a smile and keep the vibe upbeat, obtain and prepare customer orders by receiving or selecting merchandise, prepare food and beverages per Dunkin' brand standards, totaling bills, accept payments, and maintain cash register, answer customer questions courteously regarding location, price, menu offerings, and promotions, adhere to company practices and policies while maintaining housekeeping, food safety, and sanitation standards, restock supplies and products maintaining proper inventory levels, participate in company and corporate training programs applying knowledge to daily operations
