Job Duties
- Go out of your way to be friendly including smiling, making eye contact, and small talk with everyone you meet especially clients
- Look, act, and become a friendly college hunk by maintaining uniform standards and positive attitude
- Educate clients about pricing, services, and benefits prior to giving an estimate to ensure 110% satisfaction
- Safely operate at all times following safety regulations
- Perform daily truck inspections including tire pressure, oil, and equipment checks
- Ensure truck is stocked with receipts, safety equipment, and marketing materials
- Price jobs aggressively meeting and surpassing benchmarks
- Make logistical decisions including disposal, donations, recycling, packaging, loading, and marketing during downtime
- Lead your team by example, demonstrating company core values
- Help train new hires on day-to-day operations and company values
- Prevent careless and costly mistakes such as damage, injury, unhappy clients, or lost equipment
- Check in regularly with supervisor for additional assignments and troubleshooting guidance
