Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to stand for extended periods during shifts
- Flexibility to work various shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to follow food safety and sanitary procedures
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Must be at least 16 years old
Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is advantageous
- Ability to work as part of a team and maintain a positive attitude
- Willingness to learn multiple roles within the restaurant

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha
- Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates
- Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference
- Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time
- Perform service roles such as cashier, dining room attendant, indoor and outdoor runners, drive-thru and parking lot director
- Carry out utility roles including dishwashing, dole whip preparation, service line, food prep, linebacker, bagger and cooking while ensuring food safety and cleanliness
