Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- Food Handlers Card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- Effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- Build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- Be a team player with a great attitude
- Basic math skills
Job Duties
- Exhibit readiness by wearing a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arriving on time
- Prioritize and complete tasks critical to store operation
- Adhere to Papa Murphy's store performance standards
- Comply with sanitation and safety regulations
- Greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- Handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- Keep assigned areas clean, neat, and well stocked
- Work all counter stations and assist guests with menu selections, specials, and add-on sales
- Properly wrap pizzas, give verbal baking instructions, and present orders within the 3-minute service time
- Assist guests with carrying pizzas to their cars or holding doors
- Process cash, check, credit card, and food stamp transactions with proper cash handling
- Follow void/refund procedures and process coupons and gift certificates
- Learn to operate kitchen equipment like mixers, sheeters, and dicers
- Make all products following portion charts and store and rotate products to ensure quality
- Mix dough to recipe and prepare dough balls as needed
- Sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts
- Perform runner or dishperson duties as directed by supervisors
