Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous customer service or foodservice experience is a plus but not required
- Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks associated with restaurant work
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Willingness to adhere to McDonald's policies and procedures
