Job Requirements
- Ability to lift and move up to 55 pounds
- Ability to reach and move items from as high as six feet and as low as six inches off the ground
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to follow safety and security procedures
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Physical stamina for lifting, squatting and standing
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Job Duties
- Preparing high-quality product including dough, sauce, chicken wings, pizzas and bread by following Little Caesars recipes, specifications and procedures
- Clean and organize work stations and other assigned areas to help maintain the standards for restaurant image
- Practice safety and security procedures
- Follow Little Caesars' policies, procedures, and standards of conduct
- Communicate effectively with customers and co-workers
- Cross train and operate surrounding stations as needed
- Stand and perform physical tasks such as lifting, squatting for long periods
