Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service is a plus but not required
- Must be able to stand and move for the duration of the shift
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment safely
- Willingness to adhere to company policies and procedures
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-first approach

Job Duties
- Maintain a positive attitude and support fellow crew and customers
- Learn and apply new skills related to food preparation and customer service
- Ensure brand standards and guidelines are followed to prepare high-quality food
- Serve customers promptly and courteously
- Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the restaurant
- Operate restaurant equipment such as registers, headsets and grills safely
- Address and resolve issues promptly to maintain a positive customer experience
