Job Requirements

- Comfortable in an environment engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work flexible schedule including business hours, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds

Job Duties
- Provide a friendly and memorable customer experience
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- Monitor court activities to ensure participant safety
- Assist in café operations including food preparation and service
- Host parties and special events ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk tasks including membership sales and guest check-in
- Communicate effectively with guests and team members
