Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Ability to stand and move for most of the shift
- Basic math skills for cash handling
Job Duties
- Greet customers with a friendly and positive attitude
- Prepare and serve food according to Wendy's quality and safety standards
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant including dining area, kitchen, and restrooms
- Follow brand standards and guidelines to ensure consistency
- Assist team members to ensure smooth operation during shifts
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill responsibly
