Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Ability to sit, stand, and move around for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles preferred but not required

Job Duties
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues to deliver an outstanding customer experience
- Monitor safety on the courts to ensure guest wellbeing
- Assist guests in the café with orders and maintaining cleanliness
- Host parties and events, coordinating activities and ensuring guest satisfaction
- Manage front desk operations including membership sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment at all times
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests to facilitate smooth operations
