Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Capable of standing, sitting, and moving around for extended periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- Willingness to engage in frequent communication with customers and team members in a busy environment
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in high volume, customer facing roles is a plus but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Provide friendly and memorable customer service
- Maintain a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- Work closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- Monitor courts and ensure safety protocols
- Assist in café operations and party hosting
- Manage front desk and membership sales
- Communicate effectively with team and customers
