Job Duties

  • Communicate clearly and politely with co-workers to ensure correct order service
  • Greet guests and process customer transactions quickly and accurately
  • Prepare and assemble food and treat products following health and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work areas, including counters, tables, restrooms, and trash receptacles
  • Stock and rotate products appropriately
  • Operate and maintain food, drink, treat related equipment safely
  • Perform assigned prep work and assist with end-of-day cleaning
  • Inform supervisors promptly of any issues or unusual matters
  • Perform other duties as requested by management or shift leaders
