Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for extended periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Capability to use standard restaurant equipment
  • Ability to wear and use a headset for order taking
  • Reliable attendance and punctuality
  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively
  • Willingness to complete all required training programs

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Take and accurately process customer orders using headset and register
  • Prepare and assemble menu items following company standards
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Stock and replenish inventory as needed
  • Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
