Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for extended periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Capability to use standard restaurant equipment
- Ability to wear and use a headset for order taking

- Willingness to complete all required training programs
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and adhere to company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service by greeting and assisting customers
- Take and accurately process customer orders using headset and register
- Prepare and assemble menu items following company standards
- Handle cash transactions and maintain cash register accuracy
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Stock and replenish inventory as needed
- Follow all food safety and sanitation guidelines
