Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 18 years
- Ability to work around 20 hours per week
- Capable of lifting and moving up to 55 pounds
- Able to reach and move items from six feet to six inches off the ground
- Proficient in safely utilizing kitchen equipment including sheeter machine, dough mixer, and knives
- Capable of holding a sign outside if required
- Ability to apply pressure to cut products
- Ability to count, separate, and weigh food products and inventory
- Effective communication skills for interacting with customers and coworkers
- Ability to understand instructions and product specifications
- Ability to process and complete customer orders
Job Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- Able to work approximately 20 hours per week
- Dependable and hard-working
- Ability to handle pressure and stressful situations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude towards others
- Ability to understand and follow directions
- Ability to perform essential functions of the job
- Previous retail or customer contact experience preferred
Job Duties
- Serve customers according to Little Caesars customer service standards
- Prepare high-quality products consistently following recipes and procedures
- Display proper image and positive attitude as outlined in training materials
- Clean and organize workstations and assigned areas maintaining restaurant standards
- Practice safety and security procedures as directed by management and government agencies
- Follow company policies and standards of conduct
- Receive direction from management and utilize training materials effectively
- Practice established procedures and use proper tools for taking and preparing orders
- Be proficient and flexible in working different Pizza Pride Production System stations
