Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences ensuring products are prepared according to operational and quality standards
  • Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent service resolve guest issues and follow brand standards recipes and systems
  • Handle POS transactions with accuracy and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Understand and exceed guest expectations develop and maintain guest relationships and seek ways to improve guest satisfaction
