- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Operate various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization of workstations
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle's food safety and quality standards
- Participate in training programs to develop new skills and career advancement opportunities
