Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift between 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use a headset for taking customer orders and receiving directions
  • Ability to operate general restaurant equipment such as warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
  • Ability to come to work promptly and regularly
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to accomplish multiple tasks within set timeframes
  • Ability to concentrate and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures
  • Ability to adapt to change and handle additional tasks

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Ability to follow directions and multitask efficiently

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting and assisting customers
  • Prepare menu items following quality and safety standards
  • Operate restaurant equipment including fryers, grills, and slicers
  • Handle cash transactions accurately and manage the register
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Assist in stocking and inventory management
  • Follow opening and closing procedures as required
