Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 - 50 pounds frequently
- Ability to use headset to take or give directions
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment including warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- Must be punctual and reliable in attendance
- Ability to take direction and work well with others
- Ability to complete training programs
- Ability to work in various weather conditions including noise, heat, and cold
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not mandatory
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Willingness to learn and follow instructions
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations
- Prepare and serve food products accurately and efficiently
- Take customer orders using a headset and operate cash register
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and food preparation areas
- Load and stock inventory and supplies
- Follow health and safety standards and procedures
- Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
