Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 - 50 pounds frequently
  • Ability to use headset to take or give directions
  • Ability to operate restaurant equipment including warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
  • Must be punctual and reliable in attendance
  • Ability to take direction and work well with others
  • Ability to complete training programs
  • Ability to work in various weather conditions including noise, heat, and cold

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not mandatory
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and maintain attention to detail

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service that exceeds expectations
  • Prepare and serve food products accurately and efficiently
  • Take customer orders using a headset and operate cash register
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining and food preparation areas
  • Load and stock inventory and supplies
  • Follow health and safety standards and procedures
  • Assist with opening and closing duties of the restaurant
