Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age
- Dependable with a great smile
- Positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and be part of a team
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Comfortable using restaurant equipment such as headset, register, or grill
- Ability to follow brand standards and guidelines to prepare great food, serve customers and maintain cleanliness
Job Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Positive attitude with a willingness to help teammates and customers
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt to fast-paced environment
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Basic knowledge of food safety and hygiene preferred but not required
Job Duties
- Greet customers and take orders accurately
- Prepare food according to Wendy’s brand standards
- Handle cash register transactions responsibly
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment such as headset, register, and grill
- Assist fellow crew members as needed
- Follow safety and hygiene protocols at all times
