Job Duties

  • Deliver excellent and friendly guest experiences, ensuring products are prepared according to operational and quality standards
  • Work as part of a team to meet guest needs and maintain a clean, fast-paced environment
  • Provide excellent service, resolve guest issues, and follow brand standards, recipes, and systems
  • Handle POS transactions with accuracy and execute restaurant standards and marketing initiatives
  • Understand and exceed guest expectations, develop and maintain guest relationships, and seek ways to improve guest satisfaction
  • Set and maintain high standards for self and others, contribute to overall team performance, and identify and resolve issues as they arise
