Job Duties
- Lead the experience by checking in with guests and ensuring they are enjoying themselves
- Assist customers in ordering their favorite McDonald’s menu items and offer menu recommendations
- Prepare and present delicious food items adhering to quality standards
- Maintain a welcoming, friendly, and clean restaurant environment for a memorable customer visit
- Collaborate closely with team members to meet restaurant goals and foster a positive work atmosphere
- Engage with customers and team members with a humble and hospitable demeanor
- Communicate effectively and anticipate customer needs to enhance overall service
