- Ability to understand and implement written and verbal instruction
- Must be able to work any area of the restaurant when needed
- Must be able to operate a computerized Point of Sale system/cash register
- Position requires bending, standing, and walking the entire workday

Job Duties
- Exhibit a cheerful and helpful manner while greeting guests and preparing their orders
- Demonstrate a complete understanding of menu items and explain them to guests accurately
- Use Point of Sale system/cash register to record orders and communicate appropriately
- Collect payment from guests and make change
- Prepare food neatly, according to formula, and in a timely manner
- Check products in pizza unit area and restock items to ensure a sufficient supply throughout the shift
- Understand and adhere to proper food handling, safety and sanitation standards during food preparation, service and clean up
- Clean and maintain all areas of the restaurant to promote a clean image
- Understand and adhere to all quality standards, formulas and procedures as outlined by Papa Murphy's
- Maintain a professional appearance and grooming standards at all times when representing the brand Papa Murphy's and the company
