- Prepare food by hand daily ensuring quality and freshness

- Operate various workstations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards within the restaurant
- Participate in training and development programs to grow skills
- Collaborate with team members to achieve operational goals
- Engage with customers to enhance their dining experience
