Job Requirements
- Must be a minimum of 16 years of age
- must have reliable transportation to work
- must have telephone or other reliable method of communication with the restaurant
- must be able and willing to work flexible hours including weekends, holidays, opening and closing shifts
- must maintain good attendance and punctuality
- must stand for long periods
- must bend and stoop
- must work around heat and others in close quarters
- must be able to move throughout the restaurant
- must be able to lift up to 50 pounds comfortably
- must be able to work with various cleaning products
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school preferred
- good verbal and written communication skills

Job Duties
- Consistently provides a quality product and guest service experience that delivers total guest satisfaction
- follows all Carl's Jr. guest service guidelines and procedures
- takes appropriate action to ensure all guests receive service beyond their expectations
- works assigned position(s) accurately and productively
- cleans and stocks assigned area(s)
- performs other cleaning duties as assigned
- ensures all guests receive hot, quality food prepared, packaged, and delivered according to menu standards
- handles all food products according to company procedures including food preparation
- follows all company food safety, food handling, and sanitation requirements
