Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Able to work flexible hours during park operational times
- Comfortable working in a high-volume customer service environment
- Ability to lift and move a minimum of 20 pounds
- Able to sit, stand, and move around for long durations
- Strong communication skills in a busy indoor environment
Job Qualifications

- Comfortable engaging with large groups of people
- Able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Previous experience in customer-facing roles is ideal but not required
- Customer service or sales experience considered a bonus
- Able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- Able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
Job Duties
- Engage with park members, guests, and colleagues to provide excellent customer service
- Monitor courts and ensure safety compliance as a Safety Crew member
- Assist in café operations including food service and maintenance
- Host parties and facilitate smooth event experiences
- Handle front desk responsibilities such as membership sales and customer inquiries
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment throughout the park
- Communicate effectively in a busy and dynamic indoor setting
