Job Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Must be able to stand for extended periods
- Basic food safety knowledge is a plus
- Strong customer service orientation
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties
- Greet and welcome guests with a big smile and genuine Aloha
- Make each customer's experience exceptional by listening to their needs and offering personalized recommendations
- Keep the positive vibes flowing and create a harmonious atmosphere for guests and teammates
- Get involved in community initiatives that bring people together and make a difference
- Work as a team to keep operations running smooth and clean and ensure guests have a fantastic time
- Perform utility roles including dishwashing, Dole Whip service, service line, food prep, linebacker, bagger, and cooking
- Prepare high quality food in a safe manner and clean and sanitize items used in food preparation to prevent contamination
