Job Requirements

  • Be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications

  • Experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Duties

  • Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
  • Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Provide exceptional customer service and foster a friendly atmosphere
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards
  • Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance career
  • Uphold company values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion
