Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn and adapt to different roles within the restaurant
- Excellent communication skills in the primary language of the work location

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Work confidently at any station including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and foster a friendly atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient restaurant operations
- Follow food safety and hygiene standards
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and advance career
- Uphold company values of sustainability, diversity, and inclusion
