Job Requirements

  • ability to stand for long periods
  • ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • ability to operate restaurant equipment such as warmers, fryers, slicers, and grills
  • ability to use headset for taking orders and communication
  • ability to perform multiple tasks within established timeframes
  • ability to concentrate and maintain accuracy
  • ability to learn and apply company policies
  • ability to adapt to changes and new tasks
  • ability to work in noisy, hot, or cold conditions
  • ability to attend and complete all training programs

Job Qualifications

  • high school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • prior experience in customer service or restaurant work is an asset
  • ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication and teamwork skills
  • basic math skills for cash handling
  • willingness to learn and follow instructions
  • reliability and punctuality

Job Duties

  • take customer orders via headset or at the register
  • prepare menu items accurately and efficiently
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • stock and load supplies as needed
  • handle cash transactions and operate the cash register
  • greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
  • follow all food safety and operational procedures
