Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use headset equipment
  • Ability to operate general restaurant equipment including warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
  • Ability to arrive to work promptly and consistently
  • Ability to multitask and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to learn and apply restaurant policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Basic math skills for cash handling
  • Willingness to learn and adapt
  • Ability to follow directions and procedures

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
  • Prepare and serve high-quality food products
  • Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Assist with stock loading and inventory management
  • Use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and slicers safely
