Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use headset equipment
- Ability to operate general restaurant equipment including warmer, fryer, slicer, and grill
- Ability to arrive to work promptly and consistently
- Ability to multitask and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply restaurant policies and procedures
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic math skills for cash handling
- Willingness to learn and adapt
- Ability to follow directions and procedures
Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service in a friendly and courteous manner
- Prepare and serve high-quality food products
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Assist with stock loading and inventory management
- Use restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, and slicers safely
- Follow health and safety guidelines and company policies
