Job Qualifications

- Willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties
- Prepare and serve real food by hand using responsible sourcing practices
- Maintain high standards of customer service creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere
- Operate at various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and delivery
- Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
- Participate actively in training programs and support a continuous learning environment
- Promote Chipotle's mission and values to customers and team members
