Job Qualifications

Job Duties

  • Prepare and serve real food by hand using responsible sourcing practices
  • Maintain high standards of customer service creating a friendly and inclusive atmosphere
  • Operate at various restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and timely food preparation and delivery
  • Uphold cleanliness and safety standards in all work areas
  • Participate actively in training programs and support a continuous learning environment
  • Promote Chipotle's mission and values to customers and team members
