Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Willingness to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physically demanding tasks

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and high-quality food preparation
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant workspace
- Adhere to safety and health regulations in food handling and preparation
- Participate in training and development programs to advance career opportunities
