Job Requirements
- Must be 16 years of age or older
- Dependable and punctual
- Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
- Ability to stand and move for most or all of the shift
- Comfortable using restaurant equipment including headsets, registers, and grills
- Commitment to maintaining cleanliness and following safety protocols
- Ability to make decisions to resolve issues when necessary
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Capability to stand and move for the duration of the shift
- Ability to follow instructions and adhere to brand standards
Job Duties
- Prepare food following Wendy's brand standards
- Provide excellent customer service to ensure satisfaction
- Operate cash registers and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Use restaurant equipment safely such as headsets, registers, and grills
- Collaborate with team members to meet store goals
- Follow all health and safety guidelines
