This job opportunity is with an independent franchisee that owns and operates a McDonald's restaurant located at 9610 Des Moines Memorial Dr S, Seattle, WA, 98108. While McDonald's USA has developed a globally renowned brand with world-famous food products and logos, this particular restaurant is independently run by a franchisee and functions as a separate company entirely from McDonald's corporate operations. This means that all employment matters such as hiring, firing, scheduling, and discipline fall exclusively under the franchisee's jurisdiction.
