Job Requirements

- Show desire to learn cooking skills extensively

- Ability to stand and move for extended periods during shifts
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality roles is a plus but not required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Enthusiasm and passion for cooking and serving others
- Willingness to learn and take on multiple roles within the restaurant

Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily without the use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly, welcoming atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant environment
- Collaborate effectively with team members to support smooth restaurant operations
- Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines
- Support and contribute to a culture of learning and growth within the team
