Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods

Job Qualifications

- Previous customer service experience is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Greet and serve customers with a positive attitude
- Prepare and serve coffee, beverages, and food items according to Dunkin' standards
- Maintain cleanliness and safety of the work environment
- Follow all operational and brand standards
- Work collaboratively with team members in a fast-paced setting
- Learn and adapt quickly to new skills and feedback
