Job Description
This Dunkin' Donuts/Baskin-Robbins restaurant is an independently owned and operated franchise, affiliated with DD Franchising LLC and BR Franchising LLC respectively. Unlike corporate-owned locations, this establishment is managed by a franchisee who is the sole employer responsible for the hiring, wage setting, and benefits programs, which may vary from franchise to franchise. Job Requirements
- Minimum age of 16 years or older
- Ability to fluently speak and read English
- Capability to count money and make change
- Ability to operate restaurant equipment
- Willingness to adhere to schedules and be accountable during shifts
- Ability to respond quickly and positively to feedback and guest needs
