Job Requirements
- Ability to stand for long periods
- Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
- Ability to use a headset to take customer orders or instructions
- Ability to operate general restaurant equipment including fryers, slicers, grills, and warmers
- Ability to work promptly and regularly
- Ability to take direction and collaborate with team members

- Ability to focus and perform duties accurately
- Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
- Strong teamwork skills
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures
Job Duties
- Take and process customer orders accurately using the headset or at the register
- Prepare menu items following company quality and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Load and stock inventory as needed
- Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, warmers, and slicers safely
- Provide friendly and efficient customer service
- Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
