Job Requirements

  • Ability to stand for long periods
  • Ability to frequently bend, kneel, and lift 25 to 50 pounds
  • Ability to use a headset to take customer orders or instructions
  • Ability to operate general restaurant equipment including fryers, slicers, grills, and warmers
  • Ability to work promptly and regularly

  • Ability to focus and perform duties accurately
  • Ability to learn and apply company policies and procedures

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Prior experience in customer service or food service is a plus
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively
  • Strong teamwork skills
  • Basic math skills for handling cash transactions
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  • Willingness to learn and follow company policies and procedures

Job Duties

  • Take and process customer orders accurately using the headset or at the register
  • Prepare menu items following company quality and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
  • Load and stock inventory as needed
  • Operate restaurant equipment such as fryers, grills, warmers, and slicers safely
  • Provide friendly and efficient customer service
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as assigned
