Job Requirements

  • Be at least 15 years old with appropriate work permits
  • Able to stand for extended periods
  • Must have reliable transportation to and from work
  • Availability to work flexible schedules including early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to follow instructions and safety protocols
  • Willingness to undergo background check as required
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Job Qualifications

  • Prior customer service experience preferred but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional guest service with a positive attitude
  • Prepare coffee, beverages, and food items according to Dunkin' brand standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the restaurant
  • Operate cash registers and handle customer transactions accurately
  • Follow safety and sanitation guidelines to ensure a safe environment
  • Assist with opening and closing duties as required
  • Participate in ongoing training and development activities
