Job Requirements

  • ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

  • desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills
  • availability to work full-time or part-time shifts
  • comply with health and safety regulations

Job Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
  • ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
  • strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location
  • enthusiasm for teamwork and helping others
  • willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Job Duties

  • Provide exceptional customer service
  • prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
  • maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
  • support team members to create a friendly atmosphere
  • follow all food safety and hygiene standards
  • operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
  • participate in training and development opportunities
