- ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- desire to learn cooking and food preparation skills

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- previous food service or customer service experience is a plus but not required
- ability to learn quickly and adapt to a fast-paced environment
- strong communication skills in the primary language(s) of the work location

- willingness to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Provide exceptional customer service
- prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- support team members to create a friendly atmosphere
- follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- operate point-of-sale systems and handle cash transactions
- participate in training and development opportunities
