Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- Pass background check if required
- Physically able to perform duties including standing for long periods and lifting moderate weights
- Availability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in food service or hospitality is helpful but not required
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

- Willingness to learn new skills and take on multiple roles
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Duties
- Prepare food by hand daily with attention to quality and safety
- Operate various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming environment
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of workstations and dining areas
- Support team members and contribute to a positive team atmosphere
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Participate in training and development programs to advance skills and career opportunities
