Job Requirements

- Ability to communicate in the primary language(s) of the work location

- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical activities

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand daily without use of freezers, microwaves, or can openers
- Learn and confidently work at grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo stations
- Provide exceptional customer service creating a friendly and welcoming atmosphere
- Collaborate with team members to maintain clean and organized workstations
- Participate in training programs and follow safety and food handling protocols
- Support company mission by embodying values of diversity, equity, and inclusion
- Uphold company standards and contribute to a positive and efficient restaurant environment
