Job Requirements
- Must be at least 16 years old
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20-30 pounds
- Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to handle transactions and provide correct change
- Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments
- Ability to follow health and safety and hygiene protocols
- Positive attitude with a sense of ownership and commitment towards work
- Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to interact positively with customers and team members
- Ability to follow detailed instructions and company policies
- Demonstrated teamwork and willingness to assist colleagues
- Basic math skills for cash handling

Job Duties
- Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with orders
- Prepare and present food items following company procedures and safety standards
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas including dining rooms, restrooms, and other public spaces
- Follow safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
- Work collaboratively with team members to achieve restaurant goals and assist in various stations
- Handle money transactions accurately including providing correct change
- Promote menu items, encourage customer feedback through surveys, and support use of company apps
- Keep the restaurant stocked and organized to support efficient operations
- Adhere to company appearance and behavior policies consistently
- Adapt quickly to changes and learn multiple workstations as needed
