Job Requirements

  • Must be at least 16 years old
  • Ability to stand for long periods and lift 20-30 pounds
  • Reliable punctuality and strong work ethic
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to handle transactions and provide correct change
  • Willingness to be cross-trained in multiple departments
  • Ability to follow health and safety and hygiene protocols

Job Qualifications

  • Previous experience in customer service or food service is beneficial but not required

Job Duties

  • Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers warmly and assisting with orders
  • Prepare and present food items following company procedures and safety standards
  • Maintain cleanliness and sanitation in work areas including dining rooms, restrooms, and other public spaces
  • Follow safety regulations to ensure a safe environment for staff and customers
  • Work collaboratively with team members to achieve restaurant goals and assist in various stations
  • Handle money transactions accurately including providing correct change
  • Promote menu items, encourage customer feedback through surveys, and support use of company apps
  • Keep the restaurant stocked and organized to support efficient operations
  • Adhere to company appearance and behavior policies consistently
  • Adapt quickly to changes and learn multiple workstations as needed
