- Prepare real food by hand daily with freshness and quality
- Deliver exceptional customer service creating a friendly atmosphere
- Work confidently at various stations such as grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Collaborate with team members to maintain high operational standards
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Participate in training programs and follow safety and food handling guidelines
- Support company initiatives related to sustainability and community engagement
