Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand each day in restaurant stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa, and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service to create a friendly atmosphere
- Attend and complete training programs to gain confidence at all stations
- Collaborate with team members to maintain efficient and clean restaurant operations
- Uphold Chipotle's standards for food quality, safety, and cleanliness
- Support company initiatives focused on sustainability and responsible sourcing
- Assist in maintaining inventory and stock levels as needed
