Job Qualifications

- No previous work experience required
- Math skills needed to operate cash register, count and return change, and balance cash drawer
- Ability to communicate effectively in the primary language(s) of the work location
- Fluency in English may be essential for certain customer service stations
Job Duties
- Provide superior customer service
- Prepare products quickly, accurately, and safely
- Operate cash register and handle transactions
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the restaurant
- Demonstrate friendliness and hospitality to guests and co-workers
- Follow all safety and quality standards set by Fourteen Foods and International Dairy Queen
