Job Requirements
- must be 16 years of age or older
- able to sit, stand, and move around the park for long periods
- able to lift a minimum of 20 pounds
- able to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- comfortable interacting with large groups of people
- previous customer service or sales experience preferred
- able to communicate effectively in a busy indoor environment

Job Duties
- working closely with park members, guests, and colleagues
- providing a friendly and memorable customer experience
- maintaining a safe, healthy, and clean environment
- monitoring court activities to ensure safety standards
- assisting in café operations including food preparation and customer service
- hosting parties and coordinating event-related activities
- managing front desk tasks such as membership sales and guest check-ins
