Job Requirements
- Be at least 16 years old
- Ability to communicate in the primary language or languages of the work location
- Friendly and enthusiastic attitude

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Experience in customer service or food service is a plus but not required

Job Duties
- Prepare real food by hand at various stations including grill, cashier, prep, salsa and expo
- Provide exceptional customer service and create a friendly atmosphere
- Participate in training programs to develop skills and confidence in all restaurant roles
- Support team members and foster a collaborative work environment
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards in the restaurant
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly
- Uphold Chipotle's commitment to food quality and sustainability
