Job Requirements
- Ability to bend, twist, and stand to perform normal job functions
- Ability to speak, read and comprehend instructions, short correspondence and policy documents
- Ability to converse comfortably with customers
- Customer service experience preferred
- Cash handling experience preferred
- Physical stamina to lift and move food and beverage products
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Available to work flexible shifts including weekends and holidays
Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Prior customer service experience preferred
- Ability to interact with the public and coworkers in a friendly and enthusiastic manner
- Basic understanding of food safety and sanitation standards
- Ability to follow instructions and comprehend short correspondence and policy documents
- Comfortable communicating verbally with customers and team members
Job Duties
- Clean and stock customer eating areas, workstations, and equipment
- Greet all customers with a smile and friendly greeting following HMSHost customer service policies
- Maintain solid knowledge of product and services available in unit
- Transfer supplies and equipment between storage and work areas by hand or cart
- Assist with a variety of kitchen-related functions as needed
- Receive inventory and move and lift food and beverage products and supplies
- Perform all other responsibilities as directed by management
