Job Requirements

Job Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required
- food handlers card and/or Serve Safe Certified preferred but not required
- effectively read, speak, write, and communicate
- build and maintain positive relationships with supervisors, co-workers, and guests
- be a team player with a great attitude
- basic math skills required
Job Duties
- Wear a clean and wrinkle-free uniform and arrive on time
- prioritize and complete tasks essential to store operations
- adhere to Papa Murphy’s store Performance Standards
- comply with all sanitation and safety standards
- greet guests to create a welcoming environment
- handle phone and online orders for guest pick-up
- keep assigned areas clean and well stocked
- work counter stations or other assigned front of house stations
- assist guests with menu selections, review specials, handle club cards, and promote add-on sales
- wrap pizzas properly and communicate order details and baking instructions to guests
- present orders within the 3-minute door to door service time
- assist guests with carrying pizzas and holding doors
- handle transactions including cash, check, credit card, food stamps, coupons, and gift certificates following proper procedures
- operate back of house equipment such as mixer, sheeter, and dicer when needed
- prepare products according to portion charts and job aids
- store and rotate products to maintain quality
- mix dough and prepare dough balls to standard
- sheet, wrap, date, and store crusts to standard
- perform runner and dish duties as directed
