Job Requirements
- Enrollment in high school
- Ability to lift, pull and push 20 to 30 pounds regularly
- Ability to stand for long periods during shifts
- Capacity to perform physical activities such as bending, stooping, kneeling and reaching
- Ability to wear safety equipment including non-slip shoes, gloves and apron
- Willingness to work in environments with machinery heat and cleaning chemicals
- Punctuality and reliable attendance
- Good communication skills
Job Qualifications
- Enrollment in high school is required
- High school diploma or equivalent is preferable
- Strong customer service skills
- Good verbal communication skills
- Previous cash handling experience is a plus
- Bi-lingual skills are advantageous
- Ability to understand and follow safety and sanitation procedures
Job Duties
- Follow and comply with all company procedures, standards and guidelines
- Prepare, package and deliver all products according to Menu Standards
- Handle all ingredients according to Food Safety Standards to ensure health and safety
- Follow Safety, Security and Emergency Procedures to maintain a safe environment
- Follow all Cost Control Guidelines to minimize restaurant costs
- Adhere to Cash Control Procedures minimizing cash handling errors
- Work assigned stations with fast speed of service, accuracy and productivity
